Web site carry a 1 year warranty protecting against manufacturer's
defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse.

Returns and Exchanges
Zegari accepts returns of new, unused merchandise within 14 days
of your receipt of the item subject to the guidelines listed below.
For the November and December holiday season, we extend our return
policy to 30 days.
For returns, the same credit card used in your purchase will be credited with the amount of the purchase (minus the shipping charges). Credits may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
Please send an email to email@example.com and include your name, order number, and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and the return address.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged shipment or manufacturer's defect.
All the original parts and accessories that were shipped must be included in the return in order to receive a full refund or exchange value.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are damaged or lost before they arrive back to us. Please use shipping grade boxes to properly protect the item and use a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
We offer a discount on designated laptop bags that do not meet our highest quality control standards. These bags are new, functionally/structurally intact, and overall, beautiful bags, but are considered "b-grade" due to the higher degree of markings present in the leather. The types of natural markings include natural lines or small marks in the leather. All our bags may have some degree of natural markings since they are leather products, but we set aside these "b-grade" bags and offer them at a discount since they have a higher degree of these markings. The "b-grade" bags are sold "as is" and do not carry our normal warranty, but can be returned in unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund according to our normal return policy.
Zegari products are made from the finest natural leathers and should be cared for to ensure long lasting beauty. To clean the leather portions of your Zegari bag, use a soft and very slightly water-dampened cloth. Never use any cleaning products that contain alcohol or any chemicals. We do not recommend using leather creams since they may absorb unevenly and cause blotches in some cases. Other suggestions to protect and maintain the beauty of your Zegari bag include protecting it from the elements by immediately wiping your bag gently with a dry cloth if it gets wet and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when unnecessary. We also suggest that you do not overfill your Zegari bag, as this will eventually distort its shape. When storing your Zegari bag for prolonged periods of time, place it in a breathable bag such as the drawstring bag provided.
